Information security is an ongoing process. Our privacy officer and two security officers ensure that our procedures and practices are monitored and applied on a daily basis, guaranteeing the continued security of our information management.

We work every day to ensure reliable hosting and strong information security. This allows us to continuously safeguard the digital security of the Timetell software and our organisation. Timetell and our hosting and security partners hold ISO 27001 certification, issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ensuring that your data is always handled securely.

Your data, always safe with Timetell
For the hosting of our software, we work together with Avantage and Uniserver. Uniserver is one of the largest cloud-hosting organisations in the Netherlands, while Avantage provides specialised expertise in management and security. Uniserver’s data centres are located in the Netherlands (Amsterdam and Almere) ensuring that customer data is processed securely and close to home.
Timetell, Avantage and Uniserver all hold an ISO 27001 certificate issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This guarantees the quality of our hosting, information security and personal-data protection. To maintain this high standard, ISO audits are conducted annually.
Full GDPR compliance
Our processes and services fully comply with the GDPR. Industry association NLdigital developed the Data Pro certification together with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, enabling IT organisations to demonstrate that they meet all GDPR requirements.
Timetell was one of the first organisations to obtain this certification. We have established a Data Pro processing agreement and implemented a data-breach protocol.
Since 2023, the certification has been conducted at the European level by Scope Europe, and Timetell has been included in the Data Pro Register (Adherence ID 2023SCOPE6009000DATAPRO). This way of working is fully embedded in our company culture.
Continuous monitoring of information security
Our internal processes comply with the ISO 27001 standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In addition, we regularly carry out penetration tests on our data infrastructure. These tests confirm that our systems are secure and reliable.

Ja. Sinds de invoering van de AVG in 2018 voldoet de dienstverlening van Timetell volledig aan de wettelijke normen. Hiervoor is samengewerkt met de juristen van branchevereniging NLDigital.

Ja. Timetell heeft een Data Pro-verwerkersovereenkomst opgesteld en een datalekkenprotocol ingericht.

Hoe weet ik dat de systemen van Timetell veilig zijn?
Timetell laat regelmatig penetratietesten uitvoeren op de data-infrastructuur. Uit deze tests blijkt dat de infrastructuur veilig en betrouwbaar is. De meest recente test leverde zelfs de maximale waardering van vijf sterren op.

Hoe blijft Timetell informatiebeveiliging waarborgen?
Informatiebeveiliging is een continu proces. Onze privacy officer en onze security officer zijn verantwoordelijk voor de bewaking van de processen en de bedrijfscultuur rondom informatiebeveiliging.
De Privacy Officer ziet ook toe op naleving van de AVG en veilige gegevensverwerking. De Privacy Officer is bereikbaar per mail privacyofficer@timetell.nl of telefonisch: 070-311 48 11.
