The Directorate of Information Technology (DIT) at UMC Utrecht was looking for a standard solution for time registration. The internally developed hour accounting system required too much maintenance. One of the teams was already using Timetell on a small scale. After a brief analysis, the DIT decided to implement Timetell across the entire organisation.
Today, the DIT, together with the Directorate of Facility Services, uses Timetell to register time for more than 600 employees. The Mail Module helps remind employees and team leaders to fill in and process weekly timesheets. Team leaders review these timesheets and the codes used.
