Tacx® is an innovative Dutch company with a strong passion for sport and performance. Every department, from procurement and production to product development and logistics, shares the same goal: developing high quality products that inspire people to push their limits.

Since 2015, Tacx has been using Timetell. The switch was made to automate time registration and gain better insight into hours worked in production, logistics and warehousing. Timetell offered the right solution with a combination of hardware and software that makes registration easier and more reliable.

Clocking on site and on the production line

Employees and temporary workers clock in and out using Datafox EVO 5.0 terminals with their personal access card. Start and end times are registered automatically. Breaks are automatically deducted, after which Timetell compares the net working time with the schedule. Overtime and allowances are calculated automatically.

The setup has since been expanded. Clocking also takes place on the production line. With built in QR scanners, employees register exactly how much time they spend on a specific product. These data provide insight into productivity, workload and personnel costs, enabling Tacx to make targeted improvements.

Integration with AFAS

Tacx uses an integration with AFAS, which automatically synchronises employees and related data. This ensures that time registration in Timetell is always complete and up to date.
