TimeTell B.V. has over 30 years of experience in developing and implementing time registration solutions for small, large, and international organisations. Today, more than 600 organisations across 52 countries and 135,000 people use our software and hardware solutions every day.

We develop our software in the Netherlands with our own in-house team of developers. We stay in direct contact with our customers and also provide training, implementation, and support. This means we have all the expertise needed to offer a complete solution and continue supporting it, now and in the future. The Timetell team consists of 35 skilled and experienced colleagues.

The security and quality of our products and services are paramount. Timetell is ISO 27001 certified, giving you the confidence that we handle your data responsibly and in accordance with strict standards.
ISO 27001 serves as the foundation for our information security plan. It defines the standards that are embedded and verifiable within our organisation. By implementing these standards and auditing them annually, we continuously improve our internal processes. This ensures that Timetell remains a reliable partner. Each year, we undergo an external audit by Digitrust.

Timetell is an active member of NLdigital and applies the NLdigital Terms and Conditions. As one of the first organizations, we received the Data Pro certificate, demonstrating that we comply with the GDPR. We have established a data breach protocol and are listed in the Data Pro Register.
User association
TimeTell User Group (TUG)
Users of Timetell have united in the TUG (Timetell User Group). This group represents the interests of its members and has an escrow agreement with Timetell. In the event of an incident, the TUG covers the hosting costs for three months, ensuring the continuity of the software.

For the online version of Timetell, we work together with Uniserver, one of the largest cloud hosting organizations in the Netherlands. Uniserver’s data centers are located in Amsterdam and Almere and meet the highest standards of security and availability.
Caring for the world around us.
At Timetell, we see ourselves as part of society. We support organisations that make the world a better place, such as Médecins Sans Frontières, which provides medical assistance in crisis situations and areas where help is needed most.
Sustainability is also high on our agenda. Our office is well insulated and has energy label A. With 120 solar panels, we generate 60% of our energy ourselves; the remaining 40% is sourced from 100% Dutch green electricity. Our vehicle fleet is sustainable as well: our account managers and consultants drive electric cars. In addition, we take many small daily measures to minimise our ecological footprint.
